# Enhancement Time Clock Punch Report

This enhancement updates the **Time Clock Punch Report** to improve clarity, accuracy, and alignment with edited punch data sourced from TMS within Zenople by Aqore. The changes eliminate confusion caused by dates tamped punch times and introduce clearer break tracking fields. Users gain a more accurate representation of work and break activity without needing manual calculations.

### ****Functionality****

#### **New UI Elements and Settings**

##### **1. Updated Column Names**

- **“Punch Date” → “Work Date”**
- **“Punch Day” → “Work Day”**  
These changes align the report terminology with actual worked days rather than punch timestamps.

##### **2. Removal of Date Portion from Punch Columns**

The following columns now display **time only**:

- Clock In
- Break Out
- Break In
- Clock Out

Example: **Before:** 8/15/2025 5:22 PM **After:** 5:22 PM

This improves readability and eliminates confusion caused by irrelevant date stamps.

##### **3. New Column: “Break (hours)”**

- Added immediately after punch columns.
- Displays the **total break duration**, whether workday includes:
  - **Single break** → displays the calculated duration from Break Out / Break In
  - **Multiple breaks** → automatically sums all breaks and displays the **total** here
- When multiple breaks exist:
  - **Break Out / Break In are blank**
  - Only the **total break hours** appear in this new column

##### **4. New Column: “Has Multiple Break Setup”**

- Displays **“Yes”** if the employee took **more than one break**.
- Displays **“No”** for 0 or 1 break.
