# Enhancement of the Auto Update Status Option Properties

This update introduces standardized naming and descriptions for configurable day settings that control automatic status changes across **Applicant**, **New Hire**, and **Employee** levels in Zenople by Aqore. The goal is to improve clarity, consistency, and usability for administrators managing lifecycle transitions.

### Details

1. **Applicant level:**
  - Applicant to Inactive Days:
    - Renamed to: Inactive Days
    - Description: Variable days for changing status of an applicant from "Applicant", "Active" to inactive.
  - Inactive To Archive Days
    - Renamed to: Archive Days
    - Description: Variable days for changing the status of an applicant from "Applicant", "Active", or "Inactive" to "Archive".
2. **New Hire level:**
  - Active to Inactive Days:
    - Renamed to: Inactive Days
    - Description: Variable days for changing status of a New Hire from "Active" to "Inactive".
  - Inactive to Archive Days:
    - Renamed to: Archive Days
    - Description: Variable days for changing status of a New Hire from "Active", "Inactive", to "Archive".
3. **Employee Level:**
  - Active to Idle days
    - Renamed to: Idle Days
    - Description: Variable days for changing status of an Employee from "Active" to "Idle".
  - Active to Inactive days:
    - Renamed to: Inactive Days
    - Description: Variable days for changing status of an Employee from "Active", "Idle" to "Inactive".
  - Rehire Days:
    - Description: Variable days far changing the status of an Employee from "Active", "Idle", "Inactive" to "Rehire".
  - Inactive to Rehire Reassigned Tasks:
    - Renamed to: Rehire Reassign Tasks ]
    - Description: Select the Tasks that are to be reassigned when an employee’s status is changed to "Rehire" through Auto Update Status.
  - Inactive to Rehire Items to Inactivate:
    - Renamed to: Rehire Items to Inactivate
    - Description: Select the Items that are to be inactivated when an employee’s status is changed to "Rehire" through Auto Update Stratus.
