## Enhanced Customer Setup Report with Advanced Filtering by Company, Office, Customer Status, and Accounting Period Range

### **Overview**

The Customer Setup report is enhanced with advanced filtering capabilities, enabling users to efficiently retrieve customer data based on multiple criteria including company, office location, customer identity, customer status, and transaction accounting period. This provides precise control and improved usability for monitoring and analysis of customer setups.

### **Report Filters**

- Company and Office Filters:
  - Multi-select dropdowns for Company and Office to filter report data by organizational hierarchy and location.
- Customer Filter:
  - Single-select filter with "%" as default, allowing flexible inclusion of specific or all customers.
- Date Range Filter:
  - "Accounting Period From" and "Accounting Period To" parameters to constrain customer data based on transaction accounting periods, focusing on accounts payable activity within the defined interval.
- Status Filter:
  - Filter customers by current status to focus on active, inactive, or other defined categories.

### **Data Access and Default Behavior**

- Enforces user data access permissions to ensure appropriate dataset visibility.
- Defaults to displaying all customers when no filters are applied, preserving existing system behavior.
