Feature added to Dynamic Dashboard

 The following feature is added to dynamic dashboard (DDS).

 Automatic Roll-Up of Productivity Goals

 This enhancement ensures that productivity goals set at lower frequency (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) are automatically rolled up to higher frequencies for seamless tracking of each goal in a granular level. For example, a weekly goal of 5 comments will roll up as 20 for monthly (5 x 4 weeks), 65 for quarterly (5 x 13 weeks), and 260 for yearly (5 x 52 weeks). Similarly, monthly goals will roll up to quarterly and yearly, while quarterly goals will roll up to yearly. These calculations will be automated within the productivity goals template, providing users with a clear view of recurring goals across all timeframes without manual effort.

Addition of “Office” type parameter 

The DDS productivity goal setup now includes an office type parameter exclusively for the person comment productivity template. This enhancement allows users to set goals based on office, ensuring more precise tracking. The office parameter will display a list of active offices, enabling users to multi-select and assign goals to multiple offices at once, streamlining goal management across various offices.
