The following are the features added to the Employee Information System (EIS):

Added 'Indiana (IN)' to State Code Dropdown in State New Hire Export Plan

Enable users to select 'Indiana (IN)' in the 'State Code' dropdown of the 'State New Hire' Export Plan in EIS, ensuring compatibility with Indiana's file layout requirements and improving usability for managing state-specific new hire data. 

Add Arkansas to New Hire Export Plan in EIS

Arkansas (AR) has been added as a state option in the new hire export plan within EIS, ensuring compliance with Arkansas-specific CSV formatting requirements for accurate and seamless data exports. 

Linkage between Bank and Routing Number

The Personal Bank Account form available in EIS > Payroll > Bank Account has now been enhanced to search and populate the routing number automatically after the bank selection and vice versa. This feature will help user to setup bank account for employees more easily by preventing errors caused by mismatched routing number.
