The Common Features added are:

Added the 'Phone Number' column in the directories

Users can now see the phone number column in the LTS, SPM, NCO, and CMS directories.

 The phone number column is also available under the column selector and displayed when searching from the global search as well.

Updated data access restriction for users with limited access

Users who do not have sufficient data access office will not be able to view the data of the restricted office so that security and hierarchy of information access is maintained. This is applied to ARS/ APS/ Bank Feed /TMS/IMS/PAS.

Uniformity in Date of Birth validation all over the system

Users will now only see the system will throw exceptions if the employee does not match the minimum age criteria defined by the office.

'Task Template' was renamed as 'Customer Requirements', and improvements

The task template has been renamed as customer requirements in CMS and TJM.


 The requirement pop-up window of customer requirement sub-navigation in CMS has three drop-down options namely Assignment, Job, and Job Candidate. 


Whereas, the requirement pop-up window of customer requirement sub-navigation in TJM has two drop-down options namely Assignment and Job Candidate.


Users can add requirement/s in Assignments, Job, and Job Candidate. 


In ATM related Workflow/s task templates that are set as ‘False’ in ‘isOfficeLevel’ are displayed in the task setup of customer requirements.

 Assignment requirements has default option of ‘Task Setup’ and other requirements can be added as well.

If user have already added requirement/s in customer level then those tasks won’t be displayed in TJM Customer Requirement.

When a user adds an assignment, a severe exception is displayed if any requirements are not fulfilled.

If the task assigned on the assignment is not completed, then a warning message is displayed on TMS while closing the transaction batch.
