Features Added on AMS

The features added on AMS are:

Added Open Audit Log Report Action 

The 'Open Audit Log Report' action has been added on Assignment detail favorite action. Users will be able to open and view the 'Audit Log' report from the Assignment detail which will display edited details related to the Assignment Rate of the employee with their assignment ID.

How to Use This Feature

• Go to the Assignment detail of an employee whose assignment rate has been edited.
• Click on the Assignment detail favorite icon and click on the action, 'Open Audit Log Report.'

• The 'Audit Log' report will show the changed assignment rate records which include the previous and updated values related to the field.

Added View Assignment Report Action

'View Assignment Report' action has been added on the Assignment directory and Assignment detail favorite action. Users will be able to view the 'Startsheet' report from the Assignment directory and Assignment detail. 

How to Use This Feature

In the case of the Assignment directory,

• Go to the Assignment directory
• Select the Assignment from the directory
• Click on the favorite icon and click on the action 'View Assignment Report'

In the case of Assignment detail,

• Go to the Assignment detail of an employee
• Click on the Assignment detail's Favorite icon and click on the 'View Assignment Report' action

The assignment report will be displayed as below,

This report shows the job description of an employee for a particular assignment including their job information, work information, and contact information. It shows the worksite address, job title, rate, customer, contact number, and so on.

Shift Information Added

Assignment 'Shift' detail information has been added on the 'Snapshot' top navigation of the Assignment detail. Users can view the assignment shift details.
