# Employee Wage Statement Action – EIS Employee Detail Page

This feature introduces the **Employee Wage Statement** action within the Employee Information System (EIS) > Employee Detail page in Zenople by Aqore. It allows users to quickly generate a wage statement directly from an employee’s profile without navigating through additional menus. This enhancement streamlines operational efficiency, and ensures better accessibility to essential wage data.

### Functionality

**1. Feature Addition**

- A new action labeled **“Employee Wage Statement”** is now available within the **EIS Employee Detail** page.
- The action is accessible from the action menu associated with an employee’s profile.

**2. Behavior**

When users select the **Employee Wage Statement** action:

- Zenople automatically opens the **Employee Wage Statement Report**.
- The system uses predefined parameters:
  - **Date Type:** Accounting Period
  - **Start Date / End Date:** Blank
  - **Company:** Auto-selected based on the user’s Office Staff data access
  - **Office:** Auto-selected based on the user’s Office Staff data access
  - **SSN Employee:** Blank
  - **Employee:** Pre-filled with the employee currently being viewed
- The wage statement is generated and displayed to the user.
- Users can proceed with any additional desired actions such as download or print the report.
