Show Employee Timesheet Attachments in Contact Portal
Contacts require visibility into timesheet-related documents uploaded by employees. This feature enables contacts to view documents attached by employees as Timesheet attachments on their portal, allowing greater transparency into work performed and associated transaction details.
Key Functionality
- Attachment Visibility:
- Contacts can view documents uploaded by employees on timesheet entries they have access to.
- Exclusion Rule:
- Documents uploaded by Office Staff are excluded from visibility; only employee-uploaded attachments appear.
- Document Limits:
- Contacts can view up to 25 documents per timesheet or transaction.
- Access Scope:
- Documents are accessible only if the contact has access rights to the particular transaction linked with the attachments.
