Employee Referral Source Report – Added Data Source, Company, and Office Columns



Overview: This feature enhances the Employee Referral Source Report by adding three new columns: "Data Source," "Company," and "Office." These columns provide detailed insights into the referral process by displaying data sourced from the Person Additional Table, improving the report's ability to track referral origins and organizational context.

Functionality:

  • Data Retrieval: 
    • The "Data Source" column pulls data from the "Data Source" field in the Person Additional Table, reflecting the referral's origin.
    • The "Company" column retrieves the company name associated with the referred employee from the system’s organizational data.
    • The "Office" column fetches the office tied to the referred employee.
  • Report Integration: These columns are added to the Employee Referral Source Report, appearing alongside existing columns, with data populated for each referral based on the associated employee records.
