Features added to Employee Portal

The following features have been added to employee portal. 

Mobile App: Real-Time Break Punch Sync

This feature ensures that break punches recorded in the mobile app are synced in real-time, so that accurate and up-to-date time entries are displayed in the portals (TMS, contact/employee) and Timesheets.

Functionality

• Real-Time Sync: Break punches from the mobile app are synced automatically and immediately.
• Portal Reflection: Changes are reflected in TMS and contact/employee portals.
• Automatic Time Sync: Whenever time punches are entered, the entered time syncs automatically.
• Verification: Time punches are verified from both the time clock and the timesheet views.

Mobile App: Hide Canceled Assignment Schedules

To ensure consistency with the Employee Portal (Web), the Zenople mobile app now hides canceled assignment schedules, similar to how temp job end assignments are handled. Assignments with "Applies Active" set to false will be excluded from the assignment list in the mobile app, preventing employees from viewing inactive or invalid assignments

Functionality

• Assignment Visibility Control:
  • End assignments with applies_active set to false are excluded from the mobile app's assignment list in the employee portal (similar to temp job behavior).
• Hidden from Key Areas: The assignment is hidden from the employee portal's:
  • Home screen
  • Assignment navigation (including assignment detail)
• Ended Scheduled Assignments: Ended scheduled assignments with assignment end reason count as true are not displayed in the employee portal's:
  • Home screen
  • Assignment navigation
