# Email Template Tag Mapping Accuracy Across AMS, JCM, and JSM

### Overview

- This feature ensures that all email template merge tags—including assignment-related, job-related, date-related, and person-related tags—correctly map to their respective data in Zenople by Aqore.
- It addresses existing issues where tags fail to resolve, display incorrect values, or remain blank in both preview and actual email delivery.
- Key client benefits include:
  - Improved communication accuracy with candidates and contacts
  - Increased trust in the Email Template Builder functionality
  - Consistent and reliable email outputs across all modules, including bulk email scenarios

### Functionality

- This update applies to email template usage across:
  - **ATM (Email Template Builder)**
  - **AMS (Assignment Management System)**
  - **JCM (Job Candidate Management)**
  - **JSM (Job Submission Management)**
- The following improvements are included:

**Assignment Tag Mapping**

- 
  - Assignment-related tags such as Start Date, End Date, Status, and Office Name now correctly display values when emails are sent or previewed.
  - These tags function properly when sending emails from AMS → Assignment Detail → Send Email.

**Job Tag Mapping Across Job Types**

- 
  - Job-related tags now resolve correctly for all job types, including standard jobs, temporary jobs, and scheduled jobs.
  - Tags such as Job Site Address, Organization Name, Organization Phone, Organization Logo, and Job Link display accurate information regardless of job type.

**Correct Job Position Display**

- 
  - The Job Position tag now displays the correct Job Position (Skill) instead of incorrectly showing the Job Title.
  - This ensures that the intended job role is accurately communicated in email templates.

**Today Date Tag Resolution**

- 
  - The Today Date tag now correctly displays the current date in both preview and actual email delivery.
  - The tag no longer shows incorrect or undefined values.

**Bulk Email Tag Mapping**

- 
  - Email templates sent through bulk actions in JCM and JSM now correctly map all applicable tags for each individual recipient.
  - Each recipient receives an email with personalized and accurate assignment and job data.

**Preview and Delivery Consistency**

- 
  - Email template previews now match the actual email content sent to recipients.
  - Users can rely on the preview functionality for accurate validation before sending emails.

### Additional Notes

- This enhancement ensures consistent behavior across AMS, JCM, and JSM without requiring additional configuration by users.
- All existing correctly functioning tags remain unaffected by this update.
- If a tag does not have corresponding data for a recipient, it will display as a blank value without generating errors.
- This update improves reliability for bulk communication scenarios, ensuring that large-scale email campaigns maintain data accuracy.
