# Email Signature Setup

## Email Signature Setup in Zenople by Aqore

This feature enables users to create a signature for an email profile and use it while composing an email.

### Email Signature Setup

For setting up an email signature,

Step 1: Go to Email.

Step 2: Click on the Kebab Menu (︙) available for the selected email profile.

Step 3: Select "Manage Email Signature" option. A new slider will appear that will allow you to set up an email signature or edit an email signature that is already set up.

Step 4: The setup slider is divided into two parts: Signature Preview and List of elements available.

Step 5: Finally, after creating your custom signature for selected email profile, click on "Save".

### How to use Email Signature

The email compose box now has a new option titled "+ Add Signature". Click on the button to add the signature. The signature will be added in the current cursor position.
