# E-Verify Exceptions for Receipts and TNC Referrals Bypassing

## E-Verify Exceptions for Receipts and TNC Referrals Bypassing

This feature enables the system to handle exceptions in E-Verify cases involving employees who present receipts during the I-9 process or whose cases are referred due to Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC). The goal is to allow these employees to be placed on assignments or assignment schedules compliantly, while ensuring their employment eligibility remains monitored.

### Key Functionality

- **Handling Receipt Cases:**
  1. If an employee presents a receipt during the I-9 review process, the system allows bypassing the E-Verify exception.
  2. This enables the employee to be assigned to a job or schedule immediately without delay.
- **Handling TNC (Tentative Non-Confirmation) Cases:**
  1. If an employee's E-Verify case status is "Referred" because of a TNC, the system permits bypassing the exception.
  2. Employees with TNC referrals can also be placed on assignments or schedules.
