# Document Sub‑Navigation in Direct Hire (DHM)

This enhancement introduces a new **Document** sub navigation within the **Direct Hire** detail page under the **Other** section in Zenople by Aqore. The feature centralizes all documents linked to a specific Direct Hire record, including those uploaded manually and those automatically added from the Contact Portal during Direct Hire Job creation.

This improvement ensures:

- Better document visibility and organization
- Increased accuracy through categorized and status based document handling
- Streamlined user workflows with consolidated document operations

Clients benefit through improved efficiency, easier compliance tracking, and more consistent document management across the Direct Hire workflow.

### Functionality

**Where It Appears**

- Located under **Other → Document** within the **Direct Hire (DHM)** module.
- Displays only documents associated with the currently viewed Direct Hire record.

**Key Features**

- **Document Display Modes**
  - **Active:** Shows documents with Status = Active
  - **All:** Shows Active + Discarded documents
- **Available Actions**
  - Add
  - Discard
  - Download
  - Edit
  - Email
  - Refresh
- **Grid View**
  - Only **Grid View** is supported (Card View removed).
  - Columns are **sortable**, **filterable**, and **customizable** via column selector.
  - **Save as Excel** exports only visible rows based on current filters.

  - Eye View
  - Document Type
  - Document Name
  - Company
  - Note
  - Insert Date
  - Status
  - Issuing Authority
  - Document Number
  - Document Date
  - Valid Until

  - Only Document Types relevant to **Direct Hire Job** are displayed.
- **Add/Edit Form Fields**
  - **For all Document Types**
    - Document Type
    - Document Name
    - Company
    - Note
    - Status (Edit)
  - **For Document Type = License**
    - Issuing Authority
    - Document Number
    - Document Date
    - Valid Until
    - Issue Date
    - Verified Date
- Documents uploaded via **Contact Portal → Add DH Job** automatically appear in the Document navigation.
- **File Format Limitation:** Determined by Tenant Option Property:
  - Entity: Tenant
  - Option: Direct Hire Job
  - Option Property: File Format
  - Default: All file types that are supported by Zenople.
- **Document Size Limitation:** Determined by Tenant Option Property:
  - Entity: Tenant
  - Option: Direct Hire Job
  - Option Property: File Document Size
  - Default: 5 MB
- **Role Setup:** The feature is included under ATM → Role.
- **New List Item:** A new Relates To = Direct Hire option is added for Document Type list items.
