# Display Archived Assignment

## Display Archived Assignment

This feature allows users to view both active and archived assignments in a single view by enabling the "All" toggle, enhancing data accessibility and transparency across platforms and modules.

### Functionality

- **"All" Toggle Functionality**
  - When the **"All" toggle** is **ON**, the assignment list will display both active and archived assignments for all assignment types.
  - When the **toggle is OFF**, only active assignments are shown.
- **Access Points**
  - Applies to assignments in CMS/EIS/TJM modules, under the Assignment section.
  - In the AMS Directory, archived assignments can be retrieved using their ID, regardless of toggle state.
- **Interaction Rules**
  - **Archived assignments**are presented in a read-only mode:
    - No actions (like View Details or Edit) can be performed.
