# Delete Transaction on the Fly for Scheduled Jobs Based on End Reasons

## Delete Transaction on the Fly for Scheduled Jobs Based on End Reasons

Users require the ability to delete transactions dynamically ("on the fly") for Scheduled Jobs, based on specific Assignment End Reasons. This feature improves transaction management by allowing timely deletion without manual batch processing.

### Functionality

- **Deletion Criteria:**
  - Transactions are deleted automatically based on **Assignment End Reasons**.
    - When Create Transaction property is set to False for the Assignment End Reason.
  - Applies only to **Scheduled Jobs**.
- **Transaction Handling:**
  - Transactions are deleted **up to the point when the batch is tagged but no hours are recorded**.
- **Scope:**
  - Only affects **Open Accounts Periods (APs)** and **To Be Open APs**.
