There are four main navigations in the customer portal. They are:
- Invoice History
- Timesheet
- Jobs
- Time Clock
Invoice History
Invoice history posted from the Invoice Management System (IMS) application will appear here and users can view the invoice history.
Timesheet
The timesheet of the employee/s of an organization under a customer will appear here. The customer can edit, approve and submit the timesheet of an employee for further processing which will appear under the TMS application. The timesheet of the employees can also be rejected for correction by the contact.
Jobs
The list of the jobs available under a customer will appear here and the contact can also add new jobs too.
Time Clock
The time entries that are done by an employee like clock in, clock out, break-in, and break out in the Time Clock portal will appear here. The contact can add, edit and update the time clock entries from the Time Clock of the Customer Portal.
