Creation of New Category for Tax Documents and Update of W2 Document Type

This feature introduces a new document category called “Tax Document” within Zenople’s document management system. Additionally, the existing W2 Document Type is updated to fall under this new category. This helps in organizing tax-related documents under a dedicated category improves document management efficiency and ensures compliance with tax record-keeping standards.

Functionality

  • A new category named “Tax Document” is added to the Category list for Document Types.
  • Users can now select Tax Document as a category when creating or managing document types from the List Item navigation in ATM. 
  • The standard W2 Document Type is updated so that its category is set to Tax Document.
