## Create Transactions on the Fly for Scheduled Jobs

This feature enables automatic creation of transactions immediately when an assignment is added for scheduled jobs. This eliminates the need for manual transaction creation, ensuring up-to-date transaction data is always available and reducing administrative overhead.

### Functionality

- Transactions are created instantly upon adding assignments for **Scheduled Jobs**.
- Creation applies only to **open Accounting Periods (AP)**.
- Transaction creation is integrated into the **Workboard** and **Timesheet** navigation areas, providing real-time transaction visibility and management within these workflows.

This functionality streamlines payroll and job assignment processes, ensuring accurate and timely transaction records with minimal manual intervention.
