# Copy Job Position Description and Note to Add Job

**Overview**

- This feature automatically copies the **Description** and **Note** from the selected Job Position into the **Description section (Description and Note)** of the **Add Job** pop-up window.
- It ensures consistency between Job Positions and Jobs while reducing manual data entry.

**Functionality**

- **Where it appears:**  
Add Job pop-up window within **Job and Assignment** navigation.
- **Applicable Zenople module**
  - **Add Job from Contact Portal**
    - Temp Job
    - Schedule job
  - **Add Temp Job from**
    - Customer
    - TJM
  - **Add Schedule Job From:**
    - Customer
    - JSM
- **Behavior when adding a new Job:**
  - When a user selects a Job Position while adding a **new Job**, the **Description** and **Note** from the **Description section of the Job Position** (Job Option navigation) are automatically copied into the **Description section (Description and Note)** of the Add Job pop-up window.
  - Users can view, review, and further edit the copied Description and Note before saving the Job.
- **Behavior when editing an existing Job:**
  - The Description and Note saved at the time of Job creation are displayed.
  - The Description and Note from the Job Position are **not** copied or refreshed during edit mode.
