# Contact Person Card in New Hire Portal

This feature updates the **Contact Person card** in the **New Hire Portal** to ensure that the displayed phone number accurately reflects the **New Hire/Employee’s assigned office contact number** rather than the office staff’s direct phone number. This change improves the accuracy of contact information and ensures that new hires have the correct office details associated with their profile.

#### Functionality

1. The **Contact Person card** will now fetch and display the **phone number associated with the new hire's assigned office**.
2. This update applies to all instances of the Contact Person card within the **New Hire Portal**.
