# Columns in Transaction Code Dropdown of Deduction

## Columns in Transaction Code Dropdown of Deduction

To improve clarity during selection, the Transaction Code dropdown in the Deduction pop-up window will now display two columns:

- Transaction Code
- Description.

This enhancement helps users better understand the transaction codes by viewing their corresponding descriptions side by side in the dropdown.

### Key Functionality

- **Two-Column Dropdown:** The dropdown will feature two headers:
  - Transaction Code (existing list items displayed under this column)
  - Description (displays the description related to each transaction code)
- **Dropdown Content:** For every transaction code displayed, the associated description will be shown in the adjacent column.
- **Navigation:** This feature is carried over to Add and Edit Deduction forms across Zenople.
