# Candidate and Self-Assign Email Templates Improvement

This feature enhances all standard Candidate Apply and Self‑Assign email templates in Zenople by Aqore to include specific shift details such as day(s), date(s), and time(s) selected by the candidate or employee. These improvements ensure that both candidates/employees and office staff receive complete, clear information in all related email notifications.

#### Functionality

- Standard email templates related to Candidate Apply and Self‑Assign actions have been updated.
- The following templates now include improved wording and shift detail placeholders (#tags):
  - **Self Assign Exception for Scheduled Job:** This email is sent out to the Office Staff, when the Self-Assign process is halted due to exception for Scheduled Jobs.
  - **Self‑Assign Exception for Temp Job:** This email is sent out to the Office Staff, when the Self-Assign process is halted due to exception for Temp Jobs.
  - **Successful Self‑Assign for Scheduled Job:** This email is sent out to the Office Staff, when the Self-Assign process is successful and Assignment Schedule is created for Scheduled Jobs.
  - **Successful Self‑Assign for Temp Job:** This email is sent out to the Office Staff, when the Self-Assign process is successful and Assignment is created for Temp Jobs.
  - **Office Staff Candidate Applied:** This email is sent out to the Office Staff, when a Job Candidate is created after they apply to a Job.
  - **Assignment Created:** This email is sent out to the Employees while automatically sending Assignment or Assignment Schedule Reports.
