# CA EEOC Report Enhancement to Include Remote and Non-Remote Employee Counts

To meet compliance requirements and provide accurate client workforce data, the CA EEOC Report will be enhanced to include two new columns indicating counts of Remote Employees and Non-Remote Employees. Employees will be classified based on their Worksite Addresses, allowing clear differentiation between remote and on-site workforce contributions.

**Key Functionality**

- New Columns Added:
  - Remote Employees: Count of employees with all assigned jobs designated as "Remote" based on Worksite Address.
  - Non-Remote Employees: Count of employees with at least one job assigned to a "Non-Remote" Worksite Address.
- Classification Logic:
  - Employee jobs are evaluated across all assignments.
  - If any assigned job is non-remote, employee is classified as Non-Remote.
  - Only employees with all jobs marked as remote are classified as Remote.
- Example Scenarios:
  - Employee E1 has two jobs: one Remote, one Non-Remote → counted as Non-Remote.
  - Employee E2 has two jobs: both Remote → counted as Remote.
  - Employee E3 has two jobs: both Non-Remote → counted as Non-Remote.
