**Bug Fix Summary**

**Employee Portal**

**Incorrect Pay Period Loaded During Time Entry** Fixed an issue where the system was calling the next week's pay period when users attempted to view the timesheet for the current week. The system now correctly loads the current pay period and scrolls to today's date card.

**Pay Period End Date Visibility Issue in Timesheet** Improved the visibility of the Pay Period End Date in the Timesheet page by correcting the color contrast, ensuring the date is clearly readable.

**Incorrect Note Message When Editing Time Entries** Fixed an issue where incorrect messages were displayed in the Note field when editing Clock In, Clock Out, Break In, or Break Out times. The note now correctly reflects the updated action.

**Emails Sent for Ended Assignment Schedules** Resolved an issue where assignment schedules that were ended after the shift completion were still treated as active and triggered automated emails. Emails are no longer sent for schedules with an “Ended” status.

**Job Portal**

**Overlapping Pop-ups After Job Application** Resolved an issue where the “Thank You for Applying” pop-up and the Mobile App Installation Reminder appeared simultaneously. The pop-ups are now displayed sequentially.

**Contact Portal**

**Unable to Edit Time Punch Entries** Fixed an issue where contact users could not edit employee time punch entries when the transaction template was configured as Based on Unit Only. Time entry editing behavior has been corrected for this configuration.

**EIS**

**Task Display Issue During Rehire Process** Resolved an issue where tasks configured under multiple task groups appeared in only one group during the Rehire process. Tasks now display under all configured task groups.

**Recent Customer Candidate Not Displayed** Fixed an issue where recently added customer candidates were not displayed in the Snapshot section of EIS.

**User Role Discard Glitch for New Employees** Resolved a glitch that caused unexpected behavior when discarding User Roles for newly created employees, ensuring the discard action now works consistently as designed.

**Last Work Date Not Populated from Paid Assignment Schedule** Fixed an issue where the employee’s Last Work Date was not populated when a paid assignment schedule existed. The system now automatically updates the Last Work Date using the most recent paid schedule.

**CMS**

**Incorrect Confirmation Dialog for Jobs Without Open Transactions** Fixed an issue where the confirmation dialog for updating open transactions appeared even when the selected job had no open transactions.

**TMS**

**Incorrect Warning When Closing Transaction Batch** Fixed an issue where a warning was displayed while closing a transaction batch even when total time entries matched. The system now validates the entries correctly regardless of where the time entries were created.

**Assignment Schedule**

**Missing Status Included in Automated Schedule Emails** Fixed an issue where assignment schedules with a “Missing” status were included in automated assignment schedule emails. These schedules are now excluded from email notifications.

**Reports**

**Data Not Displayed When Date Range Is Not Selected** Resolved an issue where reports did not display data when a date range was not selected. Reports now display all available data when no date filter is applied.

**APS**

**Bill Payment Batch Failure for Contractor Employees** Fixed an issue where bill payment batches failed with an exception when a Bill ID already existed for a contractor employee. The system now processes new bill payment batches successfully without errors.

**ATM**

**Bank Not Suggested from Routing Number** Resolved an issue where the bank was not suggested in the Bank field even when a valid routing number was entered. The system now correctly suggests the matching bank based on the routing number.

**404 Error When Access Is Limited to Template Builder** Fixed an issue where users encountered a 404 error when their role had access only to Email Template or SMS Template Builder. The system now sets a valid default landing navigation based on available permissions.

**Unclear Validation Message for Duplicate List Item** Resolved an issue where an unclear exception message appeared when adding a duplicate user type in List Item. The system now displays a clear validation message indicating that the list item already exists.

**NHO/EIS>> EEO**

**Date of Birth Display Inconsistency Across Timezones** Resolved an issue where the Date of Birth was displayed differently in the EEO navigation due to timezone settings. The DOB now remains consistent across all views regardless of user timezone.

**Person Directory (ATS/NHO/EIS)**

**Inactive Contact Details Still Displayed** Fixed an issue where inactive email addresses and phone numbers were still visible in the Person Directory and could be used for communication. Inactive contact details are now hidden and cannot be used for Email or SMS.

**SSO Login**

**Incorrect Redirect When Password Is Expired** Fixed an issue where users logging in through SSO with an expired password were redirected to the password reset page. Users are now able to log in successfully via SSO.

**Global Search**

**Department Names with Period Not Returning Results** Resolved an issue where organizations were not returned in Global Search when the department name contained a period (.). The search logic now correctly handles special characters.
