## Bug Fixes - June Release

### **Mobile Application**

1. **Access Control**  
 Fixed auto-logout when opening unauthorized entities. The app now shows a proper “Access Denied” message instead.
2. **Job Listings UI (iOS)**  
 Prevented long job titles from overflowing in job listing views.

### **Authentication & Security**

1. **Forgot Password via Overridden URL**  
 Resolved issue where the “User profile not found” error appeared when resetting passwords through overridden organization URLs.

### **Email, Comments & Bulk Actions**

1. **Email → Save as Comment**  
 Ensured that when the recipient’s name is auto-populated, the comment is saved correctly.
2. **Bulk Actions Respect Filters**  
 Fixed an issue where selecting “All” applied actions to all records, not just the filtered ones. Now, bulk actions like email, text, comment, etc., apply only to the filtered and selected records.
3. **Comment Navigation Pagination Fix**  
 Ensured that when viewing comments with pagination set to "All", the sort order (Recent to Old) is maintained correctly.

### **Reporting & Subscriptions**

1. **SSN Field in Report Subscriptions**  
 The SSN column now displays correctly in emailed reports.
2. **Grouped Report Download Validation**  
 Added a user-facing message when grouping reports with null data results in no downloadable content.
3. **Worker Comp Report Parameter Fix**  
 The “Worker Comp Cost By State” report now correctly reflects the selected Date Type in the parameter summary.
4. **Journal Entry Record Count (AIS)**  
 Corrected the footer display in Journal Entry grids to show the actual record count instead of always showing “100.”
5. **Report Builder – Date Filter Reload Fix**  
 Fixed an issue where default values in date filters weren't repopulated and resolved JSON formatting errors on page reload.

### **Global Search**

1. **Applicant Portal Labeling**  
 The “Applied To” column now correctly displays the associated portal or job name for applicants.
2. **Next/Previous Navigation Honors Filters**  
 While navigating search results, the system now respects the applied office filters.

### **Directory & Workboard**

1. **TMS Workboard Organization Filter**  
 Organization names now appear properly in the Workboard’s organization dropdown filter.
2. **Comment Page Navigation**  
 Fixed navigation so that Organization and Office selections are correctly updated when moving through comment pages.

### **Timesheets & Transactions**

1. **Timesheet Expand/Edit Logic in Employee Portal**  
 Transactions now expand and remain editable only when the Edit action is triggered, fixing prior inconsistencies.
2. **TMS → Copy Transaction**  
 Fixed issue where bill-only transactions could not be copied. They now copy as expected.

### **Imports & Data Processing**

1. **CMS Import – Non-Primary Departments**  
 Customers with departments other than “Primary” are now successfully imported and searchable in the system.
2. **Accrual Adjustments Logic (SpFixes:8398)**  
 Prevented adjustments for month, pay-period, or year-based accruals when no pay units exist.
3. **IMS Invoice Merge Recognition**  
 Re-selected invoices during merge are now correctly recognized in previews and postings.

### **Exception Handling**

1. **Accounting Period Validation**  
 Exception for mismatched bill totals now displays correctly with the message “Sum of item bill does not equal total bill.”
2. **I-9 Expiry Exception Handling**  
 The system no longer shows the “I-9 Receipt is going to expire” exception once the related I-9 expiry date is removed.

### **UI & Usability Enhancements**

1. **Custom Sub-Navigation Behavior**  
 The Favorite Actions menu now remains fixed when scrolling, ensuring quick access.
2. **WIM → Duplicate Body Part Entry Prevention**  
 Duplicate body parts can no longer be added to the Work Injury form, avoiding submission errors.
