## **ETC**

**Calendar Event Assignment:** Office staff with limited access can now assign calendar events to users with broader access. Event assignments are no longer restricted by office access levels.

**Assignment Creation Date Format Error:** Fixed a Chrome-specific issue where assignments could not be saved due to incorrect date format handling. The system now properly supports regional date formats (e.g., dd/MM/yyyy).

## **Payroll**

**Duplicate Payments in Bank Feed (Rapid Pay):** Rapid Pay transactions that were already processed will no longer appear in the ACH list, preventing duplicate payments.

**Payroll Processing Distribution Error:** Adjusted the rounding logic for multi-bank distributions to ensure total net amounts are accurately calculated and consistent.

**Refresh Issue:** Resolved an issue where switching between persons or customer sometimes displayed incorrect details from previously opened person or customer. The correct information now loads consistently.

**Workspace Switch Error:** Fixed an issue that caused errors when switching between company workspaces. Users can now change companies or aliases seamlessly.

**Payroll Detail Report – Missing Column Data:** Corrected an issue where the column “DeductionGarnishmentStateLevy48hours:40%and20%” displayed blank values despite valid data. The report now shows all applicable values.

**Company Search in Report Subscription:** Enhanced the company filter logic to support large datasets. Users can now search for any company, even if it isn’t preloaded in the dropdown list.

**Favorite Actions Cleared Out:** Resolved an issue where favorite selections were unexpectedly cleared.

**Field Validation Improvements:** Validation rules now prevent decimal values in Threshold, Grace Period, and Rounding fields, ensuring consistent and accurate time calculations.

**Incorrect Markup Due to OT Rounding:** Fixed an issue where overtime rounding logic resulted in incorrect markup when OT pay rates were zero.

**TJM Directory Column Alignment:** Adjusted column alignment in the TJM Directory so that totals (Required, Assigned, Currently Assigned) remain properly aligned at all zoom levels.

**Bypassing Status Restrictions:** The “DontAllowStatusChange” restriction is now properly enforced across both Global and Advanced Search, preventing unauthorized status updates.

**Search for Person or Customer with Short Middle Words:** Fixed an issue where Person or Customer containing one- or two-letter middle words (e.g., “of”, “&”, “in”, "R") did not appear in search results.
