" updated: 2025-12-05T11:03:09Z published: 2025-12-05T11:03:09Z canonical: "zenoplesupport.aqore.com/bug-fixes-2025-12" --- > ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://zenoplesupport.aqore.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Bug Fixes ## **Report** - Users can filter by the Column field, select rows, clear the filter and continue to drag-and-drop the selected rows to reorder columns without losing the selection or functionality. - Staff Activity reports now honor the chosen Start Date and End Date so users see results strictly within the selected date range. --- ## **AMS** - User chosen Group By value and column selector are now preserved between page refreshes and when switching between applications, so custom directory views remain as configured. --- ## **TJM** - Total and grand-total columns remain aligned with their corresponding columns across workflow changes and zoom levels, and columns no longer collapse when totals are zero. - Directory and related lists now exclude inactive contacts so only active contacts are shown. --- ## **EIS** - When an employee selects “Please issue me a paper check” and completes the task, previous direct-deposit bank accounts are now inactivated so payroll shows the correct active account. --- ## **Tile** - People are removed from the “Incomplete Background Check” tile once any of their background checks completes successfully, so the tile only shows truly incomplete checks. --- ## **Customer** - The Service Profile edit dialog now lists all jobs associated with the customer (both All and Current), not just the first 10. - Uploaded customer profile pictures persist after saving and remain visible when revisiting the customer profile. - Staff can now add and save a website even when a phone number already exists on the record. --- ## **Task** - Language switching (English ↔ Spanish) now consistently updates task content every time users change the portal language. --- ## **Calendar** - Previously shared users are now shown as selected when reopening the Share Calendar dialog, so sharing status is visible and editable. --- ## **Background Check** - After completing required background-check inputs and reordering, the background-check state updates immediately so multiple reorder actions do not occur. --- ## **ATM** - The “Applicant” option is now available for the DisallowProfilePictureUpload setting so applicants can be restricted from uploading profile images. - The WC Code setup now prevents saving overlapping effective date ranges, ensuring only one WC code applies for any date range. - “Select All” in Bulk Documents now applies only to the currently filtered results, not to records hidden by filters. - Sales tax rate entry now blocks overlapping date ranges so only a single effective rate applies to a given date range. --- ## **Email** - Email signatures now replace placeholders (sender, organization, recipient office, etc.) with actual values when an email is sent. - Sending emails with images in the message body has been optimized; messages with images now send faster and are less likely to time out for larger recipient lists. --- ## **Time Clock** - Timeclock listings now respect user data-access restrictions so users see only the web clocks for offices they are permitted to view. --- ## **DDS** - DDS Dashboard no longer auto-refreshes immediately after initial load, so users see a single, stable load of dashboard data on entry. --- ## **JSM** - Assignment schedules created for a future month now display the correct “Future” status instead of “Current.” --- ## **Tax** - Louisiana W-4 tasks now store only the updated parameters required for 2025; deprecated fields are no longer added.
