## Background Check Consent Form - Copy Request Tracking

This feature enables users to indicate whether they want a free copy of their background check report via a checkbox in the Background Check Consent Form. When checked, the system stores "Copy of Background Check Report" in the Hiring Info > Custom section as "Yes" (or Blank/"No" if unchecked), ensuring proper tracking of employee requests.

### Functionality:

- A new field "Copy of Background Check Report" is added under Hiring Info > Custom, tested to store values ("Yes" when checked, empty/"No" when unchecked) from the Background Consent task.
- The checkbox value is saved automatically upon form submission, validated to reflect employee requests accurately.
- The field supports data retrieval in reports and audits, ensuring compliance with background check consent requirements.
