# Automatic Enabling ZenTime Based on Worksite Address Matching

## Automatic Enabling of ZenTime Clock Based on Worksite Address Matching

To streamline timeclock setup and management, the ZenTime Clock configuration will automatically propagate to all eligible departments under a customer based on matching worksite/job addresses. When a timeclock is configured at the customer root or specific department level, any department sharing the same exact worksite address will inherit the timeclock settings. This eliminates redundant manual configurations and ensures employees have seamless access to the ZenTime Clock.

### Key Functionality

- **Timeclock Inheritance at Customer Root Level:**  
When a timeclock is set up at the customer root, all departments beneath that customer whose worksite/job address matches the timeclock’s **Address Line 1, City, Zip Code, and State** will automatically inherit the timeclock configuration.
- **Timeclock Inheritance at Department Level:**  
When a timeclock is configured for a specific department, other departments under the same customer that share an **identical worksite/job address** will inherit this configuration.
- **Exact Address Matching Validation:**
  - Matching criteria includes exact matches for:
    - Address Line 1
    - City
    - Zip Code
    - State
  - Only departments meeting these criteria inherit the timeclock setup.
- **Employee Access and Usability:**  
 Employees within eligible departments can access and use the ZenTime Clock immediately without any additional manual configuration or setup.
- **Exclusion of Non-Matching Departments:**  
Departments whose worksite/job addresses do not match the specified timeclock address will **not** inherit the configuration and will require separate timeclock setup if needed.
