## Automate Multi-State Employer Configuration for State New Hire Export

To streamline the state new hire export process for multi-state employers, this feature introduces a **custom value** in the ATM configuration at the tenant organization level. This eliminates the need for users to manually select the multi-state employer parameter each time. The system automatically retrieves this setting to correctly apply export logic based on the organization's multi-state setup.

### **Functionality**

- **Custom Value in ATM:**
  - A new configuration labeled **“Multi-state Employer”** have been added at the **tenant organization level** in ATM > Company > Others > Custom.
  - The value is a Boolean **select field (True/False)** to indicate whether the organization operates as a multi-state employer.
- **Behavior on Selection:**
  - Upon setting **True:**
    - The new hire export will automatically include data for **all states** where the organization has worksites.
    - Proper **state-specific formatting** will be applied as per the chosen state parameters during export.
  - Upon setting **False:**
    - The export will include data only for the **selected state** in the state parameter.
    - Export formatting will apply accordingly, showing employees based exclusively on the chosen state.
- **Automatic Retrieval:**
  - During the state new hire export process, the system will **automatically fetch** this custom “Multi-state Employer” value per the tenant organization’s setting.
  - This removes the need for **manual parameter selection** each time an export runs.
- **Worksite Address Usage:**
  - The data included in the export will be filtered by each employee’s **worksite address** to correctly associate them with the appropriate state(s).
