### Assignment Schedule Detail

The new Assignment Schedule Detail feature gives you a simpler, faster way to view all your assignment schedule information in one place. Whether you’re working in JSM, CMS, EIS, or TMS, you can easily access detailed schedules without switching between systems. This unified approach helps your team manage job schedules, track time, and oversee assignments with greater accuracy and efficiency.

#### Assignment Schedule Comment

You can now add, edit, and refresh comments directly from the Assignment Schedule Detail page, just like you do in AMS. Comments can be filtered by category and type, making it easy to find what you need. Soon, you’ll be able to see these comments in the Comments report, and you can customize comment types in your settings. By default, comments relate to the schedule job, customer, and employee, keeping all your notes organized and relevant.

#### Assignment Schedule Rate

View real-time pay and bill rates for each assignment schedule, including regular and overtime rates. These rates update automatically based on your schedule’s setup, so you always have the most accurate financial information for pay/bill verification and decision-making.

#### Assignment Schedule Other > Custom

Tailor your assignment schedules with custom values that fit your business needs. Add or edit custom labels, and configure them in ATM settings so they appear in your schedules. Custom values only show up when properly set, ensuring your data is flexible and personalized to your workflow.

#### Assignment Schedule Snapshot

The Snapshot section gives you a clear, summarized view of key details—like assignment rates, recent comments, and work injury updates. You’ll see essential information such as job schedule ID, organization, department, skill, work date, shift, pay rate, bill rate, total pay hours, profit metrics, and more. This helps your team make quick, informed decisions with all the facts at hand.

With these new navigations and features, managing assignment schedules in Zenople by Aqore is easier, faster, and more reliable. No extra setup is needed—just log in and start using the enhanced views to improve your daily operations.
