# Assignment Rating Column

This feature introduces a new column named **“Assignment Rating”** across multiple areas of Zenople by Aqore, enabling users to quickly evaluate employees based on their dynamically calculated assignment performance.

### Functionality

- The **“Assignment Rating”**column has been added to the following Zenople modules:
  - **EIS Directory**
  - **Global Search Results (Employee only)**
  - **AI Search Results (Employee only)**
  - **AI Candidate Recommendations**
- Users can add the column to directories based on their individual preferences.
- When made visible, the “Assignment Rating” column displays each employee’s latest system‑calculated rating tied to their assignment performance.
- The rating updates automatically based on the employee’s assignment outcomes, ensuring real-time accuracy.
