# Invoice Management System (IMS)

## Features Added on IMS

The features added on IMS are:

### Single Attachment Displayed in Invoice

If users attach documents with the same name to multiple people within the same organization during transactions, the invoice section will only display a single document for each document of the same name.

The attachment icon will show one document for each duplicate file name. Users can click on the paperclip icon and choose the view option to see the attachments.
