# American Worker Insurance Benefit

## Integration with American Worker Insurance Benefits

This feature facilitates the integration of The American Worker insurance benefits within Zenople through a secure iFrame, allowing users to seamlessly initiate enrollment while all insurance data is managed by The American Worker.

### Functionality:

- Enrollment status and Task ID are recorded in designated custom fields.
- Likewise, the Notes section is auto populated with the label "Insurance Enrollment American Worker" followed by a confirmation number concatenated upon successful enrollment.
- Census, Deduction and Remit files are sent through FTP.
- A census file is sent to American Worker containing employee information, which is then used to apply corresponding deductions to employees within Zenople.
- Based on employee enrollment, applicable deductions are processed during payroll, and this information is transmitted to American Worker through a remit file.
