# Aggregate Grand Total Information for Job Directories

## **Aggregate Grand Total Information for Job Directories**

Enable users to view aggregate Grand Total information in the directories of Temp Job Management (TJM), Direct Hire Management (DHM), and Job Schedule Management (JSM) to facilitate easy evaluation of job details.

### **Functionality**

**1. Temp Job Directory (TJM)**

- Display aggregate Grand Totals at the bottom of the directory table.
- Totals to be shown for columns:
  - Required
  - Assigned
  - Currently Assigned

**2. DH Directory (DHM)**

- Display aggregate Grand Totals at the bottom of the directory table.
- Totals to be shown for columns:
  - Required
  - Placement

**3. JSM Directory**

- Display aggregate Grand Totals for:
  - Required
  - Assigned
- The totals should dynamically display based on the directory view selected by the user:
  - **Day View:** Show daily totals.
  - **Week View:** Show weekly totals.
  - **Grid View:** Show overall totals.
  - **Card View:** Show overall totals.
- Always display an overall total (cumulative for all time or entire dataset) irrespective of the view.

### **User Interface Changes**

- In each directory listing, a footer row will be added at the bottom showing Grand Totals for the specified columns.
- For JSM directory, totals will update dynamically as views (Day, Week, Grid, Card) change
