Added User Role Navigation in Assignment Schedule Detail

This feature introduces the ability to record and view User Roles within the Assignment Schedule in Zenople by Aqore. It enables users to clearly identify who assigned an employee to a schedule and who placed the employee, improving transparency and accountability across staffing workflows.

Functionality

  • A new navigation option labeled “User Role” is added within the Assignment Schedule Detail page.
  • The page displays User Role information associated with the selected Assignment Schedule.
  • Two default User Roles are introduced:
    • Entered By – The user who originally assigned the employee to the assignment schedule.
    • Placed By – Automatically copied from Entered By when the assignment is created
  • Additional User Roles can be added from the ATM > List Item > Role > Relates to options.
