# Added “Note” Field and Column in TJM and JCM

## Added “Note” Field and Column in TJM and JCM

This feature introduces a **Note** field and column in Zenople to improve visibility and efficiency during candidate review and selection. Users can now add notes while creating or editing a job candidate and view the latest note directly in directory grids without opening individual records.

### **Functionality**

1. Feature Addition

- **New Note Field**added:
  1. While **editing a candidate** in **TJM**.
- **New Note Column**added in:
  1. **JCM Directory View**
  2. **TJM → Candidate Sub-Navigation**
  3. **ATS, NHO, EIS → Hiring Info → Job Candidate**
  4. **CMS → Job & Assignment → Job Candidate**

2. Behavior

- Users can enter notes when creating or editing a job candidate.
- The **Note column** displays the **latest note** associated with the respective candidate in all relevant directories.
- Only the most recent note is shown in the column.
