# Added “Include Unapplied Cash” parameter in Statement Report

## Added “Include Unapplied Cash” parameter in Statement Report

### Feature Overview

We have introduced a new parameter called **“Include Unapplied Cash”** in the Statement Report (Paginated) within Zenople. The parameter provides users with the flexibility to decide whether unapplied payments should be displayed in the report or not.

### Key Client Benefits:

- **Enhanced Control:** Users can choose to include or exclude unapplied cash.
- **Improved Accuracy:** Reports reflect only the relevant financial data.
- **Operational Efficiency:** Reduces manual adjustments and streamlines reporting processes.

### **Functionality**

#### **Feature Addition**

The new parameter **“Include Unapplied Cash”** has been added to the Statement Report in the **Reports Management System (RMS)** module of Zenople.

- **Type:** Dropdown
- **Options:** Yes / No
- **Default Value:** Yes

#### **Behavior**

- When **Yes** is selected, the Statement Report will include the **Unapplied Payment** section.
- When **No** is selected, the Statement Report will exclude the **Unapplied Payment** section.
- For **auto monthly statements**, unapplied cash will be included by default.
