# Added Employee Current Stage im Referral Source Report

This enhancement introduces a new column in the Employee Referral Source Report to display the current entity stage of individuals. This feature enables users to quickly identify where a person stands within the hiring lifecycle. By providing clear visibility into whether a referred individual is an Applicant, New Hire, or Employee, this update improves reporting clarity and decision-making. It enhances efficiency by eliminating the need for additional data lookup and ensures more accurate tracking of referral outcomes.

**Functionality** The Employee Referral Source Report now includes a new column labeled **Current Entity** within the reporting interface. This applies to reporting capabilities within Zenople where referral source data is generated and analyzed.

- A new column titled **Current Entity** is added to the report layout.
- The column displays one of the following values based on the individual's current stage:
  - Applicant
  - New Hire
  - Employee
- The column is placed logically within the report, typically after the person's name or aligned with the standard report structure.
- The new column is included across all export formats, including Excel, CSV, and PDF, ensuring consistency in data representation.
- When users generate or export the report, the Current Entity value is automatically displayed without requiring additional configuration.
- Existing report filters and parameters remain unchanged, preserving current user workflows.

### Additional Notes

- This update does not modify existing report filters, parameters, or configurations.
- Report generation performance remains unaffected with the addition of the new column.
- The feature is dependent on the accurate classification of individuals within the system into Applicant, New Hire, or Employee stages.
- No additional setup or configuration is required for users to access this enhancement.
