# Added Email Confirmation Prompt During Mass Task Action

## 

This feature introduces an **email confirmation prompt** when performing **Mass Task Actions** in Zenople. The prompt allows users to decide whether email notifications should be sent to task assignees, giving full control over communication and preventing unnecessary or duplicate emails.

### Functionality

**1. Feature Addition**

- A **confirmation modal** appears when initiating a **Mass Task Action**.
- The modal asks:  
**“Would you like to send an email notification to the assignees?”**
  - Options:
    - **Yes**
    - **No** *(default or selectable)*

**2. Behavior**

- **If Yes is selected:**
  - The system sends a **standard task assignment email** to each assignee.
  - Email includes:
    - Task Title
    - Due Date
    - Description
    - Link to Task
- **If No is selected:**
  - Tasks are created and assigned without sending any email notifications.

**Additional Notes**

- This feature is limited to **Mass Task** functionality only.
- Email templates remain unchanged; only the confirmation step is added.
