# Added Edited By and Edited Date Columns to Comment Report

## Added "Edited By" and "Edited Date" Columns to Comment Report

To enhance transparency and accountability, the Comment Report will be updated to display two new columns, **"Edited By"** and **"Edited Date"**. These columns track the latest editor's identity and the timestamp of the last comment modification, providing users with clear insights into recent comment activity.

### Functionality

- **New Columns in Comment Report:**
  - **"Edited By"**: Displays the full name or username of the user who last edited the comment. This allows users to identify the most recent editor quickly.
  - **"Edited Date"**: Shows the date and time of the latest comment edit, formatted consistently in "MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM/PM" format.
