# Added Columns to Employee Deduction Setup Report

This enhancement updates the Employee Deduction Setup Report within **Zenople by Aqore** to include additional deduction-related fields that provide greater visibility into employee deduction life cycles and limits. These new data points allow payroll and back-office teams to more easily audit, verify, and reconcile deduction settings without relying on manual checks or external references.

### New columns added

The report now includes the following additional fields:

1. **Start Date**(MM/DD/YYYY)
  - Displays when the deduction begins.
2. **End Date**(MM/DD/YYYY, blank if no end date)
  - Shows when the deduction is scheduled to stop.
  - Blank indicates an ongoing deduction.
3. **Pay Period Total**
  - Displays the total deduction amount accumulated per pay period.
4. **Monthly Limit**
  - Shows the deduction’s monthly cap.
5. **Monthly Total**
  - Reflects the total deduction amount applied within the month.
6. **Yearly Limit**
  - Indicates the annual deduction limit.
7. **Yearly Total**
  - Displays the total deduction applied year-to-date.
8. **PayPeriodLimit**
  - Shows the maximum deduction allowed per pay period.
9. **LifetimeLimit**
  - Displays the overall lifetime deduction limit.
10. **LifeTimeTotal**
  - Shows the total deductions applied over the lifetime of the deduction.
