# Added “Client Inclination” Field and Column for Customer Candidate

## Added “Client Inclination” Field and Column for Customer Candidate

This feature introduces a new **Client Inclination** field and column in the **Customer Candidate** functionality across Zenople. The field is added during **Add/Edit Customer Candidate** actions, and the column is displayed in the respective directories.

### Functionality

**1. Feature Addition**

- **Client Inclination Field**
  - Added to **Add/Edit Customer Candidate** screens.
  - Allows users to select client preference when creating or updating a candidate record.
- **Client Inclination Column**
  - Added to the **Customer Candidate Directory**in the following modules:
    - **ATS (Applicant Tracking System)**
    - **NHO (New Hire Onboarding)**
    - **EIS (Employee Information System)**
    - **CMS (Customer Management System)**
- A new **List Item Property** is introduced under the **Client Inclination**category
  - Category: **Client Inclination**
  - Values: **Favorite**, **Unknown**
  - Associated with **RelatesTo = Customer Candidate**

**2. Behavior**

- When adding or editing a Customer Candidate, users can select **Client Inclination** from a dropdown list.
- The selected value is stored and displayed in the **Client Inclination** column within the respective directories.
- Data can be retrieved accurately for reporting and analytics.
