# Added Active Customer Tile

The **Active Customer** tile enhancement introduces a more accurate and comprehensive method for identifying active customers within **Zenople by Aqore**. Previously, the tile only displayed customers whose status was explicitly set to **“Active.”**

With this update, the tile now includes **all customers with statuses whose “appliesActive” property is set to True**, ensuring the tile reflects all customers functionally considered active—regardless of their status label.

**Key Benefits**

- **Improved Accuracy:** Ensures all active customers are included, eliminating gaps caused by status variations.
- **Operational Efficiency:** Provides users with quick access to a comprehensive list of active customers to support better decision making.
- **Consistency:** Aligns tile behavior with underlying business logic.

**Functionality**

- **Location in Zenople:**  
The tile appears under **ATM > Tile >> Entity > CMS**.
- **Tile Behavior:**
  - The tile displays **all customers** whose status has property **AppliesActive = true**.
  - Tile data automatically **refreshes every 2 hours** to ensure up‑to‑date visibility.
- **Data Access Control:**
  - By default, tile visibility and data access are provided to **Admin**. Other roles require explicit permission.
- **Tile Filter Support:**
  - Standard tile filters apply, allowing users to refine the active customer dataset when interacting with the tile.
- **User‑Specific Tile Arrangement:**
  - The current tile layout each user has set will continue to **persist** without disruption.
