# Added Ability to Print SimpliVerified Background Reports from Zenople

This feature enables authorized Office Staff users to download completed SimpliVerified background check reports directly from Zenople. It ensures users can securely share, print, or archive background check results without leaving their Zenople workflow.

**Functionality**

- The feature appears within the background check details view in Zenople when a SimpliVerified background check is in a **Completed** status.
- It applies to Office Staff users with appropriate authorization who manage background checks.
- A new, explicit **Download Report** option is displayed alongside the existing in-app report view once the report is available.
- When the user selects the download option:
  - Zenople retrieves the corresponding SimpliVerified background check report.
  - A PDF download is triggered directly in the user’s browser without redirecting to an external SimpliVerified page or requiring manual “Save As” actions from an embedded viewer.
  - The downloaded PDF contains the same content as the SimpliVerified report currently rendered inside Zenople.
- While the report is being prepared, a non-blocking in-app notification (such as a snackbar) informs the user that the report is being retrieved.
- Upon successful download, a confirmation message is displayed.
- If the download fails, a clear error message is shown with the ability to retry where feasible.
