This feature enables Zenople users in the Employee Portal, Applicant Portal, and New Hire Portal to delete their accounts via the mobile app or Google Play Store, ensuring a standardized process where the User table status is set to "discard" and the Person Application entities status is set to "inactive." The login toggle is disabled upon account deletion when viewed from the web, and entities with "AppliesActive" set to false retain their status. The feature is limited to in-app deletion and Play Store, excluding the iOS App Store, and does not apply to the Office Staff Portal or the Contact Portal. It provides confirmation messages, handles edge cases (e.g., multiple deletion attempts), and maintains existing workflows for entities with "AppliesActive" set to false. The feature enhances user control and compliance by standardizing account deletion across specified portals and platforms.
