The following features have been added to the Report Management System for the 25.May Release.

Added Zen Time Sync Fail Report

The Zen Time Sync Fail report provides real-time visibility into timeclock entries from the Zentime application that have not been successfully synchronized with the Zenople main database. This allows administrators and managers to proactively track, investigate, and resolve un-synced time entries, ensuring data integrity and minimizing payroll discrepancies.

Functional Requirements

  • Dedicated Tracking:
    1. The report exclusively displays timeclock data that has not yet been synchronized, filtered by the selected Accounting Period.
  • Reason Transparency:
    1. Each un-synced entry includes a clear remark explaining the sync failure (e.g., connectivity issues, data validation errors).
  • Data Management:
    1. Enables administrators to monitor, investigate, and take corrective action on un-synced entries.
  • Spreadsheet Format:
    1. Data is exportable and structured for easy review and follow-up.
  • Data can be exported in spreadsheet format for further analysis.

 This feature empowers organizations to maintain accurate, up-to-date timekeeping records by efficiently tracking and managing un-synced Zentime entries.

 

Addition of I9 Log Report  

The I9 Log report enables users to view a detailed, sequenced history of actions taken by office staff related to the I-9 process. The report ensures that actions are shown in a predefined order to maintain clarity and consistency. Additionally, the report excludes Sections B and C if they contain no data, preventing the display of empty or misleading sections.

Updated Jobs in Job Portal report

New Parameter: Date Type

Added a parameter Date Type with options: 

• Posted Date 

• Expiry Date

Report data is filtered based on the selected Date Type.

Scheduled Jobs Inclusion

Corrected handling of Scheduled Jobs. Previously, they were incorrectly displayed as DH Jobs. Now scheduled jobs are correctly categorized.

Accurate representation of job types in the report.

New Parameter: Job Type

Added a multi-select parameter Job Type with options:
 • Scheduled Job 

• Temp Job 

• DH Job Default: All options selected.

Users can filter jobs by selecting one or multiple job types.

New Column: Start Date

Added a new column to the report to display the Start Date of each job.

Users can view the start date directly in the report output.

New Column:
 Job Status

Added a new column to display the Status of each job in the report.

Users can now see the status of each job directly, making the report more informative and actionable.
