# Job Schedule Management (JSM)

## Features added to Job Schedule Management (JSM)

The following features have been added to JSM for the 25.May Release.

### Add Job Type Option on Add/Edit Scheduled Job

This feature enhances the Job Schedule Management (JSM) module in Zenople by Aqore by introducing a "Job Type" field in the "Show More" section when adding a new Scheduled Job or editing an existing one. It also provides improved visibility and filtering by adding a "Job Type" column in the Grid View directories of Scheduled Jobs in both CMS and JSM.

#### Functionality

Add Job Type Field:

- The "Job Type" field is available in the "Show More" section when adding a new Scheduled Job in JSM.

Grid View Enhancement:

- A "Job Type" column is added to the Grid View directory of JSM and in the “Scheduled Job” navigation in the Customer Entity Detail page for easy sorting and filtering.

### Mass Assign Assignment Schedules in JSM

This feature enhances the Job Schedule Management (JSM) module in Zenople by Aqore by allowing users to **mass assign** **assignment schedules** efficiently. Users can now assign a person to multiple schedules at once, streamlining the process and improving productivity.

#### Functionality

- In JSM > Assign, a new action named Add Assignment Schedules is available.
- This action opens the Mass Assign Assignment Schedule form.
- Customer and Job fields are prepopulated and disabled to prevent changes, ensuring context consistency.
- Only future assignment schedules can be added using this action.
- Assignment Schedule Exceptions are triggered and displayed as needed, maintaining compliance with business rules.
